No health hazards are known in conjunction with the proper administration of designated therapeutic dosages of the medicine. Possible side effects, particularly at the beginning of treatment might include feelings of fullness, nausea, wind, and diarrhea. Symptoms of hypoglycemia and desorption difficulties involving vitamins, minerals have been observed, although rarely. In over-dosage and not enough fluids, there may cause the following symptoms. In this case stop use, and talk to your doctor.
In rare cases, breathing problems or tightness in your throat or chest, chest pain, regurgitation and difficulty swallowing, pressure and pain in stomach, allergic reactions such as skin hives, rash, or itchy or swollen skin may be occurred.
Contraindications & Precautions
It should not be used in patients with dysphagia, esophageal disease or intestinal obstruction.
In pregnancy and lactation, talk to yourself physician or pharmacist.
Taking the medicine with more than 2 capsules, un-enough fluids and capsule contents (without coat) can cause swell and blockage of the esophagus and intestines. Therefore, take the medicine with plenty of fluids.
Stop taking the medicine at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery.
Take with precaution in patients with hyperthyroidism.
Talk to your doctor before concurrent use with aspirin.

This medicine decrease also bad cholesterol (LDL) level without any effect on good cholesterol (HDL) or triglycerides levels. The medicine causes a lowering of postprandial serum glucose values through the influence upon glucose resorption (delaying of stomach emptying into duodenum), a reduction of glucoseuria, improvement of the HBA1 value and leveling of blood sugar profile.

In coadministration of the medicine with anti-diabetic medications, please monitor regularly the blood sugar.
In coadministration of the medicine with contraceptive, anti-diabetic and antibiotic medications and calcium and iron supplements may reduce their absorption, which may decrease their effect, thus take the medications at least 1-2 hours before OBESILESS.
In coadministration of the medicine with levothyroxine, warfarin and tamoxifen can likely cause an interaction, so it’s not recommended.
